This is one of the most important aspects of the Policing Forum. Public meetings are an opportunity for members of the community to bring to light any issues that they may have within the community regarding community safety. This can range from drug and alcohol related issues to anti-social behavior within local estates.
Members of Swords/Balbriggan Gardaì and Fingal County Council will attend these meetings to listen to the community, and take note of their isssues and concerns for discussion at the next Forum meeting.
The intention is that once issues are raised at these meetings, appropriate action will be taken to tackle the issues of concern to you the residents of Swords and Balbriggan. Feedback will be given at a later stage.
Why Should I attend?
The success of these meeting will depend on your involvement. Crime is something that affects us all. Each contribution is important and all views will be welcome.
